The compliance pledge on the home page, the enrolment button on the Rehabilitation page, the two report buttons on the Report a citizen page and the score button on the Check your score page each add one to an anonymous total. Nothing about you is stored with any of them. Pressing one sets a cookie that says only that this browser has already pressed it. It expires after a year, and you can delete it at any time.
Like any web server, the host keeps standard access logs which are not used to identify any visitors.

It holds a random value, contains no personal information, and is not used for tracking. Every image, font and script is served from the site itself, so no third-party service is contacted when you visit.
